What we collect and why

When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, arrival time, guest count, whether you travel with a pet, and any notes you leave. We use this data to perform the booking contract: confirming your stay, contacting you about it, and hosting you.

Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers — we receive only a payment confirmation and reference.

Our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, request time) for security and abuse prevention, based on our legitimate interest in operating the site safely.

Who processes your data

Stripe (payment processing), Brevo (transactional email delivery), Google (analytics/advertising, only with consent), and our hosting provider Hetzner (servers in the EU). Some providers may process data outside the EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We never sell your personal data and never share it beyond the processors listed above.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept as long as required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law. Technical logs are rotated within weeks. Analytics data follows the retention configured in Google Analytics.
