Booking Terms

The contract

Bookings made on villaselya.com form an accommodation contract between you and Boychev Constructions EOOD, UIC (EIK) 2072902558, registered in Bulgaria, address: [ADDRESS]. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment; you receive a confirmation email with your reservation reference.

Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and include the cleaning fee shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, processed by Stripe. The house sleeps up to 6 guests; the guest count you book is the maximum allowed to stay.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 15:00 on the day of arrival, check-out by 12:00 on the day of departure, unless agreed otherwise with the hosts.

Cancellation and refund

You may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before check-in using the cancellation link in your confirmation email — the full amount is refunded automatically to your card. Later than 7 days before check-in, online self-cancellation is no longer available; contact the hosts and any refund is at their discretion. No-shows are not refunded.

Note: card processing fees withheld by the payment provider are outside our control.

Pets and house rules

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement — declare your pet during booking. Guests are expected to treat the villa with care; damage beyond normal wear may be charged. No parties or events without prior agreement. Quiet hours follow Bulgarian law (14:00–16:00 and 22:00–08:00).
